Requesting Refund for Milk Spoilage
Since we handle Fresh Milk, it tends to spoil when it's not in chilled properly. You can avail for a refund when a bottle of our Milk is spoilt. To process a refund we require an image of the spoilt milk either in our Glass bottle or in the vessel while boiling. Once our team verifies your spoilage issue, we will issue a refund of that Delivery to your Go4Life Wallet directly. Please Note : we do not give cash refunds, refunds are credited only to your Go4Life Wallet.
Requesting Refund for Orders on Non-Milk Products
You can avail for a refund when the Product you receive is spoilt or the packing is damaged. In case of package damage, you will have to return to your Dealer who will return them to Go4Life. To process a refund we require an image of the Product with the package. Once our team verifies your issue, we will issue a refund of that Order to your Go4Life Wallet directly. Please Note : we do not give cash refunds, refunds are credited only to your Go4Life Wallet.
Refund in cash when exiting our service
In case you wish to exit our service and would like us to refund the pending advance amount. Our team will review you past transactions for clarity and will initiate a refund to the UPI ID or the Bank account of your choice. Please Note : We do not provide cash refunds in any other circumstances.
